Web Hosting Services is absolutely free of cost and consists of transferring all your web files, databases and emails from your present hosting provider to your brand new hosting account with us. We will also modify all the settings necessary for your sites to be completely operational on our ultra–modern cloud hosting platform.Our technicians are fully capable of moving any kind of site. With years of experience in the industry, they are experts in the specificities of our cloud hosting platform, our Control Panel as well as all other famous Control Panels. For them, moving a custom web app with many custom libraries is as elementary as transferring a simple WordPress weblog.

A: There are many factors to consider – the overall amount of web files, the physical size of the database, the complexity of the web site itself and the current workload of our web site migration professionals, etc. However, we do our best to implement all website migrations within a 48–hour time frame. Smaller websites are migrated faster – usually within 24 hours.

A: We will require the login details for your current web hosting provider’s Control Panel along with the website’s name (domain name).

A: Before we can begin the transfer of your hosting account, you must already have an account with us. Opening an account with us requires that you to disclose more or less the same details you have provided to your present hosting provider. We also have a very rigid Privacy Policy, which describes how personal information is tackled.

A: No. Your website will continue to be online during the migration. Once everything is completed on our end, we’ll tell you so that you can examine it and check for problems. If everything is alright, all you will need to do is update your domain’s DNS records.

A: While we migrate your web content, your web hosting provider will not be aware of the migration at all. We won’t get in touch with them in any way.

A: We can transfer your website from any hosting provider or any Linux–based web hosting platform so long as we can gain access to the Control Panel and there’s FTP access available.The only web sites that we can’t transfer are those based on closed–source software apps such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square and Mr Site.
